We would set up an exclusive secretariat effective during the event. This secretariat is responsible for co-ordination and management of each activity related to the event. The secretariat shall be equipped with adequate computer/printer, telephone and it will be manned by our trained staff.

This secretariat would provide assistance to the Organizers/delegates as follows:
